Holistic Sleep Coaching

Baby and You Sleep follows the Holistic Science of Sleep method and this method promotes sleep as a natural function of the human body that does not need to be taught or trained. It is about addressing the areas that are interfering with the body’s natural rhythms and welcoming a lifestyle for the whole family that supports sleep.  We know that poor  sleep is often a symptom of an underlying issue. I’m here to help you unpick the problem and solve from its very core.
 

Choosing me help you and your family with sleep struggles, means you will receive the most up to date science based and holistic support. I will discuss with you strategies which I think will best suit your circumstances, however you will have complete control over the final plan. Any plan needs to be realistic and sustainable for each family. Your bespoke plan won’t include rigid sleep and feeding schedules, these are only successful for around 20% of babies and often cause more stress than they resolve. What I will do is teach you how to read your own babies sleep cues, and a routine that works best for them, this will limit any stress and tears whilst still nurturing and secure attachment.

We used Katie for sleep advice when our little one was 6 months and haven’t looked back. Katie was so flexible and took the time to really get to know our daughter and then prescribed a personal plan for us to follow. It really helped having my husband involved so that we both understood the tips and techniques to help. Katie offered ongoing support and has been a pleasure to work with. Our daughter is now 13 months and has continued to sleep through 11/12 hours a night following our sleep course. I conducted a lot of research at the time on sleep consultants and found Katie to be the most reasonably priced and value for money, I have since recommended her to a number of friends.
